This resource is for educators at various levels of education including VCE in secondary schools, TAFE, and the lower levels of Higher Education. Most of the material is for teachers to develop a better understanding of sustainability, but many resources and activities can also be used in the classroom environment with students.

The material can be cut and pasted, modified and redesigned for teachers to use in the classroom. Resources such as case studies and the activities may be used in the classroom to explore sustainability.

Teachers and educators may find it easiest to read sections of the resources to assist them in understanding particular issues of sustainability, rather than read the material from cover to cover. To this end, the kit has been designed in a web style format with topics clearly identified and easy to access.
